Introduction: At Greenleaf Nibert, we build distinctive custom cabinetry, kitchens and furniture for our clientele in the Greater Washington DC Metro area and Baltimore.
The process starts in the forest. The majority of the lumber we use is harvested off the sustainably managed timber plot on our farm located in Pennsylvania. Using a high-yield Woodmizer band mill and a dehumidification kiln, we process our own lumber.
We use modern machining techniques and hardware coupled with superior joinery to build unique cabinetry to meet your needs. Whether it is a kitchen, entertainment center, built-in bedroom cabinetry or a combination of an entire room's worth of matching cabinets and furniture, we will craft unique and well-built cabinetry to your specifications.

John does great work! He made two cabinets and a molding for our house that fit perfectly in the rooms. They look great and were completed when he said they would be. I highly recommend John as an excellent carpenter and cabinet maker.

John did a wonderful job building and installing our custom kitchen cabinets. He was great to work with in every aspect from laying out the kitchen, to deciding on drawers and cabinets and being flexible when we changed our minds. He provided us with detailed designs that were a great tool when choosing finishes. Everything looks beautiful and I enjoy cooking in my kitchen every day! I look forward to working with John on more custom cabinets throught my home.

We wanted rustic looking sliding barn doors for our office. John was great, he came out and gave us wood samples and his recommendations. There was one hiccup in the project, bugs might have gotten in to the wood we had originally chosen, but John was helpful in having us choose a different wood that would give us the same look. Thanks!
