Introduction: We provide routine housecleaning services. Spotless maid-service checklist is all about you: your home, your service, your priorities. We specialize in cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and floors; and dusting and in every cleaning, we'll make sure that those areas shine. The rest of your service is up to you; pick the living areas on which you want us to focus first, and we'll work through all areas of your home according to your priority. We work with our weekly, biweekly, and monthly clients to ensure that your trouble spots are clean. Our bathroom cleaning services include the following: * Sink is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and rinsed. * Tub and/or shower tiles are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and rinsed. * Chrome fixtures are cleaned and shined. * Toilets are disinfected inside and out, including base and behind. * Vanity top is cleaned (more time may be required to remove and replace items on top). * Mirrors are cleaned. * Window sills are dusted. * Trash is emptied and liner/bag is replaced (customer to provide if not standard size). * Baseboards are dusted. * Floors are vacuumed and/or washed. * Fingerprints are removed from all woodwork, door frames, and switch plates. Our kitchen cleaning services include the following: * Counter tops and backsplash are cleaned (all items removed and replaced). * Cabinet fronts are dusted (fingerprints removed). * Sinks are scrubbed and disinfected. * Floors are vacuumed or washed. * Exterior of appliances (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top) are cleaned (interior cleaned upon request - ask for details). * Microwave is cleaned, inside and out. * Small appliances are wiped. * Window sills are dusted. * Baseboards are dusted. * Fingerprints are removed from all woodwork, door frames, and switch plates. * Trash is emptied and liner/bag is replaced (customer to provide if not standard size). * Table and chairs are wash or dusted. Our bedroom cleaning services include the following: * Carpets are vacuumed. * Beds are made (linens changed upon request at the estimate visit). * All areas are dusted. * Picture frames are dusted. * Mirrors are cleaned. * Window sills are dusted. * Fingerprints are removed from all woodwork, door frames, and switch plates. * Space below the bed is vacuumed (if accessible). * Trash is emptied. * Baseboards are dusted. * Lampshades are dusted. * Light and general straightening are completed. The services that we do for other living areas, including hallways and stairs are the following: * All areas are dusted. * Cushions and pillows are fluffed and straightened. * Hardwood or tile floors are dampened or mopped. * Carpeted floors are vacuumed. * Baseboards are dusted and cobwebs are removed. * Window sills are dusted. * Fingerprints are wiped from all woodwork, door frames, and switch plates. * Glass tables are cleaned. * Picture frames are dusted. * Lamp shades are dusted. * Light and general straightening are completed. * All ceiling fans are dusted. * Sliding glass door is cleaned inside and out if not restricted by a dog.
