I had a Reunion Event with Metropolitan Catering. Mr. Jackson's attention to our event was the first point that I noticed. After that, we were so pleased with the presentation that we just knew that the food would be wonderful -- and, we were not disappointed. Mr. Jackson was able to make suggestions that fit our budget and our pallet. We were introduced to suggestions that on our own, we would not have known about. That is the benefit of dealing with someone who has experience and shares it with you! I was totally pleased by my event, the service and the food!!!

Entree Metropolitan prepared two main dishes (pork loin and salmon) for a holiday dinner. Both dishes were seasonally prepared, well executed, and received very well by my guests. The food was delivered in a timely fashion complete with warming instructions. The price point was competitive. I have used Entree Metropolitan previously and will continue to do so because the service and food are consistently of very high quality!

I used Entree Metropolitan Catering for a social gathering (approximately 30 people). The first thing that struck me was Mr. Jackson's promptness and professional appearance. The dishes he prepared were so beautifully crafted; I didn't want to eat them. I must say the dishes equaled in appeal and taste. Not only was the event a huge success, Mr. Jackson took time to actually engage the participants to ask if he could do more. His attention to detail is exquisite, and definitely a cut above the rest. I will never host another function without Entree Metropolitan Catering.

Chef Jackson is nothing short if amazing. His food is elegantly presented and yet still has the taste of home. He's made me love a few foods I thought I didn't like. The flavors he builds are just something special.

Chef Jackson is a real professional who brings keen attention to every detail. He was very responsive during the planning process and provided lots of great suggestions for my event. He also went above and beyond in making adjustments for particular dietary needs and brought something special for the little ones. Everyone raved about the food and the presentation. I will definitely use him again.
