This is a late post and I apologize I had a lot of things going on but wanted to post about Troy who came to my home as scheduled in the beginning of September and quickly diagnosed my problem. The parts required were going to be pretty expensive which I was not to sure I could afford the repairs. Then to make matters worse we were experiencing summer like temperatures and my home was registering at least 90-100 degrees. In addition to 3 asthmatics living in my home in which one was a 1 year old. I explained that I would like to check around to get the parts cheaper which Troy was okay with because I thought I could save myself some money. Instead of me continuing looking around for the parts he found the parts cheaper and discounted the labor significantly. I was so grateful because he did not have to because this would be taking money from his own pocket. However Troy said that he understood my financial issue and did not want the people in my home especially the baby who were asthmatics to go without AC. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely utilize them again if I have any heating or cooling issues. Again I apologize for the late post. T.S.
