- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm competitive and fair in my pricing; I usually start with a base price and add additionally per hour. Also depends on what kind of event, where the event is taking place, if I am using my equipment or not, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, I would love to meet up with the customer in order to get to know them and better understand their needs/wants, demands/wishes for the occasion. This could also be done over phone, text, email or Skype/FaceTime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught musician (piano, guitar, ukulele) and DJ; I have always dreamed of manipulating electronic music by applying the basics of music. I feel like I have a metronome and BPM counter built-in my body, my musical ear is quite accurate. I don't really believe in schools that teach kids how to DJ, you don't really develop your own style. But to each their own!
