My experience with Foreverafter Designs and Rentals was absolutely amazing! Danielle and her team are talented beyond measure. Their work is beautiful and completely upscale! From start to finish Danielle kept a line of constant clear communication. She was punctual, professional and so very kind! They created, set up and took down the balloon decorations and associated pieces with ease. They put an abundant amount of detail into each design and it truly showed. The balloon displays were the main attractions of our event! We received so many compliments! Foreverafter Designs made our night completely perfect! I worked with Danielle recently on the decorations for my cousin's baby shower and it was such a pleasure! The baby shower was hosted in D.C. and I live in Atlanta so I was slightly concerned about not being able to coordinate all the planning details in person, but Danielle made the process simple and straightforward. She worked with me from the beginning to determine the budget and stay within it based on our needs. She was also punctual and communicated with me regularly (especially as we got closer to the date of the event). When I finally met Danielle in person, it felt like a I was meeting a longtime friend. She was personable and wasn't easily overwhelmed by a couple of weather hiccups we experienced the day before the baby shower. I worked with Danielle for about a year and a half planning my wedding. There were multiple changes throughout the planning process due to the pandemic and some unforeseen circumstances. Wedding planning was a very unpleasant experience for me but Danielle walked through it with me and was very flexible. She always made suggestions that would work out better than I’d imagine. She’s such a pleasant person to work with and has a very professional yet understanding approach to things. I’m so grateful for her and her business. I strive to keep my pricing competitive. I never force clients to go above their budget. However, I do give clients a realistic proposal based on their vision.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process includes 4 simple steps: 1) Online questionnaire (Event Specifics, Vision, Budget, etc) 2) Free 20 minute consultation 3) Proposal and Contract 4) It's Party Time!
