Introduction: Candidly is a community of social event photographers who are passionate about delivering quality candid moments. Our mission is to put your phone down and let us capture those special events. We cover just about every event aside from weddings. Our process begins with booking on our website. (Please note: we do NOT accept payment on Thumbtack.) Once your event is booked, we'll assign you a photographer and you'll get their contact information. After your event, you'll receive your photos via a download link in just 24 hours. Yes, 24 hours! Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancellations; however, you can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours prior to the event start time by contacting us. If we receive notice of cancellation with 48 hours or more advance notice, we will issue a credit on file to be used towards a future event date. If you cancel the booking within 48 hours or less of the event, we will not issue credit or a refund. Still have questions? Check out our FAQ below or speak with one of us on the team!
