- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer's should know that they are paying for a Service Provider that is a legitimate company backed State Licensing, Bonded and Insured. We also work very hard to save you money on your project by NOT marking up materials and passing along any contractor discounts. Most importantly, all of the work performed by our craftsmen is Guaranteed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basically customers contact us and we can provide and over the phone estimate or we can schedule an onsite visit. Should you decided to move ahead with your project, we work with your availability to get your project started and wrapped up as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our craftsmen have a minimum of 10 to 15 years experience. Our craftsmen are enrolled in annual training to keep up with new building codes and practices. We also attend new material education/training. They are also trained on proper dust and protection and job site safety.
