I contacted Ed as I was leaving town thinking that no one's going to get back to me for several days as most service Personnel do in this area. When I finally called him back several days later, this is over Thanksgiving break, he picked the phone up I told him the problem, he told me to try something before he came out to see me, but I wasn't home at the time. He offered to come out to the house, but again I was not going to be home, so I did tell him that I would try what he told me to do and get back with him. You know what at the Jeopardy of a paid job, this man gave me an a solution that worked when he could have just come out and charged me for it. I normally appreciate his professionalism, but also his honesty. I will be contacting Ed for future jobs and referring him to my friends and family. Thank you so much for everything!

Edward was fantastic. He came out to my house the day I contacted him to give me a quote, and when I accepted the quote he was able to do the work immediately. Other quotes I had received suggested they might leave me with drywall repair when complete - Edward came in below those quotes and left me no work to do when he finished. Plus he’s a super nice guy. He noticed the hinge on my front door was broken and fixed that too (without me almost even noticing him doing it!!) at no extra charge - just bc he knew how to handle it and could take that off my shoulders.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts to repeat customers and customers who send me referrals. Call me directly to see if your project qualifies for a discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to discuss the project with the customer in order to know the issue, timeframe and budget constraints. I can usually provide a quote over the phone based on information and pictures the customer provides, but some projects will require an in person quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 16 years if electrical installation and maintenance experience. I’ve also worked alongside many other trades when I worked as a construction electrician, working in commercial buildings, residential homes and as a bus mechanic trainee at WMATA for a few years. I used all the experience I’ve gained over the years as well as various contacts I gained over the years to give my clients the quality and value they deserve.
