April with ALD Events is amazing. I hired April to do my daughter's Bat Mitzvah on June 10, 2017. As with any event a person puts on I was truly worried about how everything would turn out. To my surprise everything was amazing. When I arrived at the venue for my daughter's party April was there with a smile on her face and seemed to have everything under control With the short amount of time she had to set everything up, she got it all done. Everything looked amazing. The tables looked so pretty with the table clothes, napkins, chair covers and sashes. I wish I had a picture to post how amazing everything looked. I would highly recommend April, her services were of great quality and her prices amazing. I want to Thank You April for helping make my daughter's party look beautiful.

Having Michele and Laura work our annual Holiday Open House was a real game changer in how I will entertain from now on! I am a veteran party giver and love to entertain, but I need good, hands-on professional, responsible help during the event so I can relax and enjoy the party. With "We Plan- You Party" I was able to do the cooking and much of the planning for our Annual Holiday Party, then turn the aprons over to Michele and Laura with complete confidence. Since I enjoy the cooking and planning but hate the clean-up, they were perfect. Michele and Laura came in and very efficiently set up the food and bar areas, greeted guests, kept the place picked up, dishes and glasses washed, and replenished food and beverages during the event. As things wound down and after, they put leftovers away, packaging them for the freezer and fridge, cleaned everything up, party glassware was clean and boxed up for storage, plates and platters washed, dried and stacked for storage,they put table linens in my laundry room, even blew out the candles...all while I put my feet up and had a nightcap and plate of food with Hubby and the last few hangers-on. When they left the kitchen was cleaner than they found it. And , all the while, they were personable,relaxed, professional and sweet! Aaaaahhhh. Perfect party! Hiring them will be a Holiday tradition from now on, a gift I give myself! I Highly recommend MichelePalmer and We Plan-YOu Party. Thank you so much!!!
So many great things to say about Jackie! She put up with me, for one, haha! Jackie helped me plan my husband's surprise 40th birthday party for about 65 people. I thought the best part of her service (though she was excellent from start to finish and I would highly recommend) is her day-of-event assistance. She brought so much knowledge and so many supplies that she was prepared for anything and everything that day--she ever brought a staff member with her who was another huge help! Jackie is the best!
Morgan is unbelievably talented. We hired her for my 3 year old's birthday party. Her balloons were amazing. She even came equipped with Avengers designs to fit our theme. It was a really thoughtful preparation. Both the parents and kids at my sons party were blown away. She was also great with the kids, of which there were about 15 from age 2 to 12. I've had multiple parents from the party reach out to me to get her contact information for a future event. She made our party a huge success!
Where to begin? At first I was extremely against hiring a day of coordinator as I was convinced I did not need one. I was EXTREMELY wrong! I could now not imagine my wedding without Trina and her team. Trina is extremely organized, easy to communicate with, and thought of details that I would’ve have overlooked but ended up being so important the day of. Trina offered advice, helped me to make decisions, and used her wealth of knowledge to help me visualize that I wanted my wedding to look like. There was not a question that Trina did not know the answer to. Trina and her team were fantastic. Before the wedding she triple checked everything with me and my husband, called and confirmed with all of my vendors, and communicated with other important members of our bridal party about their role. During our rehearsal she clearly communicated expectations for the day of with all of my very large bridal party and helped everyone feel comfortable with their role in the wedding. Everyone was complimenting her and her team’s efforts throughout the night. She and her team were always one step ahead of any potential problems or disasters, intercepted any issues so that I did have to deal with them, and paid close attention to detail. The best part of working with Trina was that I was able to have a worry free evening with my guests and was able to enjoy my wedding. I knew that Trina had everything handled. One of the many reasons why my husband and I decided to hire Trina over other vendors that we interviewed was because of her professionalism, knowledge, and experience. Trina and her team worked tirelessly throughout the day to ensure that everything went according to plan. She and her team were constantly present during the night to ensure that we were calm and comfortable, communicate with other vendors, guests, and me to ensure that our day went as planned. She set up the reception space beautifully and wrangled my guests (and groomsmen) to where they were expected to be throughout the day so that we could stick to our proposed timeline. Trina was there to reassure me, hide me and my bridesmaids away from the groomsmen and groom, ensure that our ceremony music and order ran smoothly, and even made sure that the train on my dress was picture perfect before I walked down the aisle. At the end of the night Trina and her team had everything packed away and stored for us to easily transport home. My husband and I were dreading the clean-up process by Trina already had it handled. I cannot communicate how thankful I am that I decided to work with such a wonderful day of coordinator and her team. If you are on the fence or unsure of whether you need a day or coordinator or wedding planner in general, just do it! Trina and her team are phenomenal are our day was seamless because of her and her team’s effort. We would hire her and her team again in a heartbeat and heartily recommend them to anyone in the need of a coordinator. Thank you so much!
Words can't express the work Jackie put in to make my daughter's 1st birthday a very special day. She transformed a simple church hall into a beautiful room, fit for a little princess. All my guests are still talking about the decoration. Jackie is an amazing person at heart. She made me feel like I have known her all my life. I was so nervous about throwing such a big party, but she was right there to make sure everything went well. Thank you so much for all your help & support. We are so grateful that we got to work with Mitch from A Memorable Party. He was the best planner that I could ask for. The wedding was beautiful, and all because of him. He always answered my questions when I had them even late at night. He was very accessible, and always put me at ease. He dealt with all the vendors and all I had to do was show up and rock my dress! Everything from the cake, the flowers, the venue and decorations, to the dj and the ceremony was on point and most importantly, exactly how I imagined. I can’t even count the number of complements we got on the decorations. I would recommend Mitch 100 times over!
Chef Giovanni is not only a creative and dynamic chef, he is also a warm person. I was so relieved to welcome Chef Giovanni at my house for my dinner party, he put me at ease with his calm demeanor and ideas. We had been exchanging emails and texts the week prior to the event, he was responsive unlike other chefs I had worked with in the past. Chef had also been tasked to provide a meal for a pescatarian, gluten-free guest, and a no shell fish guest. When Chef arrived, he took several inexpensive bouquets from Trader Joes and transformed them into stunning centerpieces for my dining room table. The entire dining room morphed into a chic bistro that looked like it should have been in the south of France as opposed to Maryland. Once the first guest arrived, the smell of bouillabaisse was permeating the house and the guests were excited by the aroma but also the drinks and amuse-boushe Chef had prepared for their arrival. The amuse-boushe was phyllo dough stuffed with spiced lamb. It was crunchy on the outside with flavors of raisins, spices and lamb on the inside. This was an exceptional way to start our culinary journey! Once the guests were seated and wine was poured, the appetizer was served. It was not my favorite combination of flavors but others seem to enjoy it. Next the main course, the bouillabaisse was served. I was stunned to see how beautiful the bouillabaisse was prepared; with cilantro and lime on top and was chocked full of lobster, crab, scallops, fish. My guests were asking him for the recipe for the rue and the steps to making such an intriguing meal. The dessert was also nicely done, my guests really enjoyed the presentation and the taste. Chef Giovanni talked about what he made, helped serve the guests. He also helped pour the wine and kept the night flowing. Chef Giovanni also left me with a spotless kitchen which was the perfect end to a perfect night. I am a customer very happy with a first-time experiment with inviting a chef into my home. I think it is a great way to entertain without breaking the bank. When you consider how much time and preparation that goes into an evening like this, I feel that Chef Giovanni provides quality ingredients and exceptional service for a reasonable rate.
This was my first time hiring a party planner for my son who is 7. Ms keisha was very sweet and understanding and patient and my sons party turned out fabulous and Affinity One events really made his party magical....and the decor was very creative and just what I wanted and very reasonable my son was sooooo siked when he seen his Superman theme and all the games but his favorite was the cool custom made CANDY BAR (a table full of delicious candy) I will definitely hire Affinity One Events again for my next party....

She also had an event staff professional with her, Nancy, who made the whole thing just so easy for us. They were an amazing duo and I would not hesitate to hire them again!!!
Shawanna planned my baby shower, and my son's 1st and 2nd birthday parties. All 3 events turned out beyond expectations. Each theme was carefully thought out and perfectly executed. Shawanna has a very intricate eye for detail, so you can expect everything to be creatively crafted, from the invitations down to the favors. The favors are definitely always one of a kind. My favorite is the balloon arches. Hard to believe they are handmade; they look like something out of a catalog. I would definitely recommend Exclusive Bashes for anyone who is planning an event. It will surely be one to remember.
From the first day I met Kisha and explained to her my plan for my daughter's Sweet 16 Party, she was sensitive to all my needs and budget. She came up with my theme and took us to the most beautiful venues. She also let us choose what we liked and didn't force any opinions on us but provided great advice. We walked into the reception hall the day of the party and it was magical, beautiful and classy. The party turned out to be so much fun for my daughter and her guests. Anyone would be fortunate to have Kisha as a consultant. I hope to work with her in the future and truly recommend her!
In December I planned a big suprise 75th birthday party for my father. Due to getting sick prior to the party I had to change plans the day before the party and make arrangements to invite family to my house. Mrs. Kelley was very understanding of my situation and worked with me with all the changes I had to make. All appointment we had Mrs. Kelley showed up early as well as the day of the event. She had all her own equipment and supplies to decorate my home for the party. The colors of ballons matched the decorations. Everything looked amazing after she finished putting everything up. Mrs Kelley went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the Decor before she left. My father was very surprised with the party and the decorations made it that much better. I had so many people that came to the party inquire on who decorated for me, it was just that BEAUTIFUL. Mrs. Kelley is very professional and precise with her work. Any time I needed information she responded very quickly. I will definitely be using her services again in the near future.

Michelle Farmer helped me plan and coordinate my wedding rehearsal dinner at my home in September 2015. I did not want a typical sit down dinner more like a casual buffet. Michele helped me research costs for food and decorations to stay within my budget. The day of the party she was on site to set everything up and run the party for me. All I had to do was greet guests, relax and enjoy. She's a hard-working lady! I would definitely book her again for an event!
