- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Working with FL&D will not always guarantee you the lowest pricing. Our goal is to bring value to your space and as well as offer you a seamless and enjoyable experience. With our Home Staging services, our goal is to offer you great visual marketing that will help you sell or rent your property at top dollar and move it through the sales process as quickly as possible. With our Interior Design service, our goal is to give you a space that you will love and that represents the story of you. We do not typically offer discounts, however, we offer a consultation promotion to customers that can help offset some of the cost of our services. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our typical process at FL&D is to start with a consultation. The consultation can be done over the phone, by email, via video conference or in-person our fee for consultation and a design mock up is $499. That fee will roll over as a retainer if you decide to use my services. If not, the fee will cover the consultation and shared design ideas. The idea behind this initial consultation is to establish a baseline of needs and timeline and mock up. There is also generally a conversation around the quote where we can answer any questions or address any concerns. Once the overall work has been agreed upon then a timeline is established, contracts are signed, and we go to work getting your space done!
- What types of customers have you worked with?A variety! From homeowners to businesses, we work where there is a need.
