- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 3-6-9- and 12-month coaching packages that include coaching twice monthly. I can offer one-time coaching sessions to assist you with short-term leadership, performance, or team coaching challenges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free 45-minute get-acquainted calls so I can understand your coaching priorities and challenges. If we conclude that the coaching experience would be beneficial to you, I will send you a coaching package agreement and schedule our twice-monthly calls or zoom coaching sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My HR leadership experience spans 20+ years, and I've been a certified co-active coach since 2008. As a life-long learner, I build and enlarge my coaching expertise and repertoire constantly.
