- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It always depends on the complexity and size of the design. That inevitably will impact the pricing and I quote also based on the number of days a job might take. So it’s these two variables that I consider for every project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Based on the needs we always have some interactions before starting work. After getting some references I always prepare a sketch that is approved and then we begin the work. Depending on the complexity and length of the work we can have feedback along the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
