Elin designed a creative program to help my 9 year old son prepare for his martial arts tournaments. My son definitely made improvements in his strength, agility and stamina. Elin was also able to fine tune his kicking and blocking skills since he has experience in various self defense/fighting skills. Elin is quick to respond to emails/text/calls and has tremendous knowledge in the art of exercise, bodybuilding and nutrition. I highly recommend Elin and his team for anyone looking for a professional personal trainer.
Gaurav is very knowledgeable about Yoga and excellent in teaching how to practice a healthy lifestyle. I really liked his teaching style, and the fact that he gave personal lessons in the comfort of my own home. During my sessions with him, he taught me how to do the yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayamas). He taught the exercises according to my comfort level until I could get the technique right. I also had a Nutrional Counseling session with Gaurav. He created a meal plan for me and made suggestions on healthy foods that I could eat on a daily basis, as well as when I ate outside. He is motivating and encouraging. Gaurav is very professional and was always happy to answer my questions in person and over email. I highly recommend his services.
If I could give her 6 stars I would! I am a tennis teaching professional and my job is very physical. During the last few years I had been experiencing injury after injury which was taking all the enjoyment out of my work. Corey is actually one of my students and she encouraged me to try Yoga with her. I was skeptical at first and thought Yoga was for "other people ". I could not have been more wrong! After one session with Corey I could tell this is exactly what I needed. I have been working with Corey for the last 6 months and I feel 20 years younger! Corey is not only a fantastic Yogini. She is incredibly knowledgeable and well versed in many schools of physical fitness. Like Pilates, Cross Fit, TRX?? She knows it all. Incredibly, her expertise does not stop there. Corey is also a walking repository of nutritional information. Going to Corey is a great value, she just knows so much and is so willing to help! In conclusion, the other thing I like and admire about Corey is that she practices what she preaches. She is in great shape and an athlete herself. As an athlete, that's important to me. I highly recommend you give her a try. You will be glad you did!!
Brian is a total awesome trainer, he knows what he is doing with his profession, helping me to get to my goal to achieve my body to get even stronger and fit. Brian has the knowledge to teach me on my nutrition as well. I really enjoy my training with him!
More than being proud of working out with Coach Gee. I lost 7 pounds and 11 inches in my first 10 days! I like the nutrition plan and I really enjoy with my work out schedule. Training with Annie has been awesome! I was always active but could never seem to lose the weight. Before meeting with Ahmed, I was always intimidated by all the information out there. The way he describes nutrition and the body makes you feel so comfortable and confident. He puts it in a way where even if you are a complete beginner, you can understand everything. I now know what to do and how to incorporate nutrition to make the most of my time in the gym. He showed up 15 minutes early to our meeting and was flexible with the location. I train with Selena twice a week. She's very knowledgeable and very personable, it's so much fun training with her and it never gets boring because she always introduce new movements in every session. I have felt the positive changes in my body since I've been training with Selena; more trimmed and toned, my skin looks healthy, and I feel great (she also gives excellent advice on nutrition). I've been training with Marshall for a few weeks now and am already very happy with the personal training and nutrition plan he has provided. First off, you will not find a better trainer for the money than Marshall in the greater Baltimore area. His prices are about half of what I paid at a boutique personal training studio in Baltimore City and half or more than other quotes I received. Secondly, the training he has provided has pushed me like no other trainer has pushed me before. His detailed workout routines and cardio plans have me seeing results already. He has also provided me with a detailed and easy-to-follow meal plan at no additional charge. If you are looking to get into shape, or just looking to get into better shape, I highly recommend Marshall without hesitation.

I received nutrition, emotional support, encouragement, and exercise. When I came to Steffon, he was totally professional. We discussed my goals... what my struggles were in the past and where I wanted to be in my future. He assisted with giving me examples of nutrition information. Which was key in my transformation.
