FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The fees are fair and Baroody Law offers flat rate packages for trademark registrations in many cases.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will start with a conversation and intake. Then, I will explain how I can assist and what the fees will be. If you want to move forward, I will then send you an engagement letter that you will sign in order to get started. You will be able to pay via LawPay, a secure platform Baroody Law utilizes on our website. One thing to keep in mind. For trademarks and copyrights, location is not an issue. International Law, especially Trade, is usually not an issue. However, any state law matters can only be D.C. for me and for any other attorney, make sure they are properly licensed in your jurisdiction if you are asking for help with a matter where the jurisdiction is state-level.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a B.A., M.S., and a J.D. with a license to practice law in the District of Columbia, Admission to practice before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
