Mia is a resourceful self starter who can handle the unexpected with ease. She answered all our questions, arrived at the location exactly on time and followed all the instructions. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do not charge for travel time to my clients who are located in the DC Metropolitan area. My rates are currently discounted for Thumbtack customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically we will set up an introductory call and discuss your wants, needs, expectations and desired scheduling. From there we will set up a schedule and I will begin providing assistance as soon as you need. My goal is to provide you with quality and timely assistance!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over a decade of experience in a corporate setting. My job field included a variety of managerial, administrative and executive level tasks. With my experience, I have the ability to tackle most administrative and household needs with quality level care.
