- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin with a phone call. A friendly chat to learn about you and tell you about the process. In our first 4-hour session, you’ll give me a quick tour of the whole home. Then we’ll sit down and discuss your challenges and establish your goals. Next, we’ll dig into the first area to declutter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done over 900 hours of KonMari organizing with clients, making me a Certified KonMari Platinum Consultant. I’m a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and a Navy veteran. I have also been teaching yoga for about 15 years. I’m a northern Virginia native currently living in northeast DC.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
A wide range. Clutter affects all of us. The issue cuts across nations, races, ethnicities, and economic situations. It knows no bounds!
