- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge all of my clients monthly on the 1 st of the month. I only work with clients who want to train a minimum of 2 - 5 days a week.. It's the only real way to get consistent results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?New clients fill out a pre assessment form that will give me a brief overview of your health and fitness history. Along with some other administrative form ahead of time online . Then I will come to your home and perform a more in depth assessment of your health and fitness needs. We will even do a short workout to see where your fitness level is, and where you can go with my help. It will take a little over an hour for me to perform this assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified through National Strength Professionals association and have been training clients for 10 years now.
