FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Health Coaching is $1,000 per month, it includes daily and weekly accountability, monthly group coaching, cardio strategy and a meal plan. We also offer remote personal training, which is optional. We however do not train anyone unless they are on a meal plan, because we have been around long enough to know you can not out train a bad diet. When you train with us, we build your customized strength training routine and provide you a detailed log of it. Our personal training package is a one time cost of $3,000.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A healthy diet and a good fitness routine is necessary for great results. The first thing I do is measure the resting metabolic rate and bodyfat percentage of my clients. I determine the amount of calories needed per day based on this and the amount of protein necessary to build or maintain muscle. This is the building blocks of what’s needed to create a meal plan specific to the client. My client then log their foods on MyFitnessPal and I monitor daily for accountability. I personally allow my clients to see what I am consuming as well as a form of motivation. As it relates to fitness, each of my clients own a polar H10 Heart rate monitor as I need it to monitor the intensity of the workouts that they are doing when they are not training in my studio. I monitor the data of all my clients daily and offer feedback and motivation on a daily basis. Fitness is a lifestyle and you need a solid coach and accountability to see great results.
