- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Fitness was always a part of my life starting from a young age, exceling at many sports. When I became a working model in NYC, my physical appearance had to be a priority. Friends and family started turning to me for fitness advice. However, when I would have time off, I would often binge eat due to being so restrictive with my diet for work. One time, I found myself close to 40 lbs. overweight and my six-pack had disappeared. I was embarrassed and realized I needed to start following my own advice incorporating moderation and balance. I lost the weight, became in the best shape of my life, made it a lifestyle change, became a NASM certified trainer and have been helping others reach their goals ever since.

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent client of mine came to me with a sedentary lifestyle, knee pain, unhealthy eating habits and with her impending wedding 6 months away, she wanted so badly to change her lifestyle and feel beautiful on her wedding day. She wanted to lose as much as she could and thought 35-40 lbs. was a realistic goal. With my help and her determination, she lost 50 lbs. in those 6 months and felt amazing on her wedding day. I was so proud of her and enjoyed playing a role in her accomplishments!
