I enjoyed my time working with Carlos. He was a great personal trainer that helped me begin my fitness/health journey. I learned a lot about nutrition by working with him. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure that we had constant communication and that I was staying on track with my nutrition. One thing that makes Carlos the best trainer is that he’s always in a good mood and his laughter is contagious. I couldn’t recommend him more to anyone that is looking for a trainer in DC.
