Kenny completed the installation of the water line pretty quickly and with little to no mess. He was also very pleasant to interact with. I lived also that his pricing came from a preset table he showed me to see where my project fit in his chart. I’ve had many people come to my house to quote a project and I have no idea where their numbers are coming from. So I loved the transparency. I will definitely call Kenny again.

Highly recommend Kenny. During the consultation to replace my water heater, he actually fixed a few other minor issues without asking for any payment. During the subsequent appointment to replace the water heater, he was punctual, easily able to handle snags as they arose, and did a quality job. He even called me later that day to double check that the water heater was working well. Very pleased with my experience.

Kenneth come with my highest recommendation. First, it was snowing the morning of our appointment and he arrived early to make sure the snow didn't make him late. I wasn't at the home and he waited patiently until I got there. Then, the task of replacing my Mother's sump pump ended up being far more work because the area had flooded. He drained the outdoor area, found and fixed another, indoor sump that I hadn't known about, and drained the entire basement of 4+ inches of water in addition to replacing the outdoor sump. When he finished (doing much more than his quote was for) he asked for the amount he had quoted just to replace one sump. I gave him several hundred more - that he had earned, but not asked for. I was impressed with the respectfulness and professionalism to do more than he had promised and not even ask for more money. He will be my first choice the next time I need a plumber. He is the kind of person you hope your son grows up to be.
