Kenny completed the installation of the water line pretty quickly and with little to no mess. He was also very pleasant to interact with. I lived also that his pricing came from a preset table he showed me to see where my project fit in his chart. I’ve had many people come to my house to quote a project and I have no idea where their numbers are coming from. So I loved the transparency. I will definitely call Kenny again.

Kenneth (Kenny) Best truly lives up to his name. He was the epitome of professionalism. When our sump pump broke shortly before a snow storm, we were pretty frantic. Kenny reached out to us within half an hour of our request and said he could be there at 8 AM the next day with a very reasonable quote for replacement. He not only was on time, he was early and kept me in the know the entire time. Within an hour of sending him photos of our pump, he let me know that he’d already picked up the parts. When he arrived the next day, he was courteous, polite and changed the sump pump in less than an hour. He also replaced some partial piping for us that another company had told us would need to be replaced completely and would cost us upwards of a thousand - this was wrapped into our original quote with Kenny. He also provided us with the full paperwork/warranty for the pump so we knew exactly what was installed, which was much appreciated

I needed a plumber to diagnose my sump pump system. Kenny was responsive and arrived 10 mins before our scheduled time (a rarity for local contractors)! Because I am unfamiliar with sump pumps, I was somewhat skeptical about hiring a plumber. Kenny did not waste any time and immediately diagnosed the issues. He possessed a thorough knowledge of the system and immediately earned my trust. He worked with me on pricing and charged me a fair price from his "recommended fees" guide. Kenny ordered and picked up the exact parts I needed, installed an upgraded sump pump and piping, and finished the job within two hours.
Most impressively, Kenny appears to be the kind of guy that genuinely cares and looks out for your interests. Under his own initiative, he inspected other components in my utility room. He pointed out water heater leaks, and recommended adding a basin to reroute potential floods to my new sump pump system. Unfortunately, I was unable to immediately address other issues in my utility room. Out of his own generosity, he bought me an alert system that he installed in case of potential flooding. Seriously - who does that?
I will definitely be calling him to fix my water heater in the near future. If you want quality service from an experienced plumber who cares, give Kenny a try. Highly recommended!
