- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer all inclusive management. You only pay two fees: A tenant placement fee of 1/2 of the first month's rent which includes all marketing, advertising and promotion of the property, all property showings, vetting applications and basically anything necessary to find the right tenant for your home until we have a credit-worthy tenant that you'd approve and a signed lease. The monthly property management is a flat rate of $100. This fee is all inclusive and includes all of the essential services to provide ongoing management of your home (rent collection, lease enforcement, late notices, court filings, etc.).

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff maintains certification and affiliation with several property management associations - through these affiliations, state and local government continuing education, we keep abreast of this ever changing business.
