- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We typically charge 8%-10% of collected rent. This is determined by the type of property and how many properties you own. Our Leasing fee is 65% - 100% of the first month rent. We get paid when you get paid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When we first talk, we would get the property address, so we can determine if its an property and an area we manage in. Next we would set up an appointment to do a quick walk through, so we can determine the rental value of your property. We will discuss our fees for Property Management and Leasing Fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have been in business in DC for almost 7 years. I own rentals myself, so I know what it's like to be a landlord. We've managed 100's of homes in DC and know we can help you. We are also Licensed Property Managers in DC and hold the PRM accreditation (Professional Residential Manager).
