An initial consultation to determine your needs and capabilities. Determine your goals and level of desire to reach those goals. And just to make sure we are a good fit, that is do you like me and I like you which is very important for you to reach said goals and achieve the desired results. Because RESULTS MATTER!

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Always had a desire to help people. I have a brother, sister, niece, nephew who has had heart bypass surgery. Bad health and poor fitness can attack at any age. I am committed to helping them and others, re-take control of their lives and live a long and healthy life in the future.
