I have spoken to a few coaches before and found their methods to be more instructional than motivational. During my time with Kyle he not only kept me motivated, he helped me to discover a personal power that was very much hidden. He was very in tuned with my goals and not only kept me focused; also provided guidance for me to come to a space of clarity and understand that I was making my situation much bigger than it truly was and it wasn't anything that I could not handle. For that, I will be forever grateful to/for him.

Working with Kyle has truly been a pleasure. He has the uncanny ability to be able to deconstruct any overwhelming challenges into actionnable steps that one can take to overcome the situation.
He is also a very compassionate coach that always has the right words to comfort and motivate people when needed. Truly a perfect package of coach/friend/tough love to kick your butt into action!
