Where do I start? Matthew was amazing! If you have needs for a handyman, you have found one. From responsiveness to punctuality to expertise of his craft; he does it all. This guy is amazing. He asks questions and genuinely wants to please the customer. "The customer is always right" is his motto. Trust me he treats your ideas as if it's the Holy Grail of his project and even stays later to make sure you are pleased with his work. He cleaned up after the work was done making sure to leave my place as neat as possible. Pricing was more than reasonable for the amount of work that he did. Matt was promptly responsive to my initial inquiry. He was professional and pleasant to work with. I had alerted him before the project that I needed a receipt of the project. On the day of the project he forgot some item required to provide the receipt and said he would email it. I have contacted him on several occasions subsequently to get the receipt however he has not responded. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?As soon as we are hired for a job, we are sure to thank the client and review the request and plans for the installation/repair. Upon meeting a client, or anybody for that matter-- we believe a warm introduction is due (especially when we are being welcomed into someones door.) After that, review the job with the client and carefully explain how we intend to do the job, and ask the customer if they have any questions or requests. Then, do the job as quickly and as quietly as possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of our workers have had various applications of formal training. Certified electricians and carpenters, and experienced painters and designers.
