- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 5% discounts to military veterans, and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as we are hired for a job, we are sure to thank the client and review the request and plans for the installation/repair. Upon meeting a client, or anybody for that matter-- we believe a warm introduction is due (especially when we are being welcomed into someones door.) After that, review the job with the client and carefully explain how we intend to do the job, and ask the customer if they have any questions or requests. Then, do the job as quickly and as quietly as possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our workers have had various applications of formal training. Certified electricians and carpenters, and experienced painters and designers.
