Introduction: M Institute for the Arts is a non-profit School of Music. We are part of a designated charitable organization devoted to encouraging education in music. We match you with our instructors according to your goals. Music lessons are available for complete beginners to advanced professionals in all styles of Voice, Piano, Violin, Viola, Cello, Guitar/Uke, Composition and Theory. We are equally at home with students who wish to learn for their own satisfaction to professionals who want to advance their careers. We are conveniently located near the Dupont Metro (Red-Line). When you join with us, you can attend a center of learning that offers not only lessons but semesters, workshops, studio classes, electives and masterclasses in areas such as theory, rhythm and musicianship. You can learn at your own pace, or participate in our more structured programs which encourage rapid progress. Our faculty is some of the best in the area, with training from conservatories such as Juilliard, Curtis, MSM, Jacobs School, & AVA and careers that have taken them to major stages around the world. Lesson prices start at $39.95 to over $200 (professionals). Semesters and packages are available.
