After my husband died, family flew in from out of town to attend the memorial service. Because we had everyone together in one location, I hired Robert to take group photos of the family prior to the service. Robert was punctual, thorough, respectful and thoughtful and shared with me a large number of beautiful photographs of my family. Robert did an excellent job.Jun 29, 2018Verified
We asked Robert to provide newborn and family photos for us at our home. While scheduling he was extremely prompt and courteous! During our photo session he was extremely patient and professional with my family, and had great recommendations for posing. He took shots in several different locations, with numerous outfit changes, inside and outside. His photos really captured the moment and I am excited to use them for the baby announcement and for photos around the house. I highly recommend Robert for any of your photo needs!Jul 30, 2017Verified
To start with, He is really great. Hands down, great! I am an awkward person but I immediately felt comfortable and confident to have a fun shoot with him in Georgetown. I needed fun and flirty headshots photos for my blog so nothing too serious but he was eager and helpful to tackle the task. He is professional and courteous and his turn around time is quick (seriously its amazing)! I was looking for several photographers but they would all tell me that I get 5-6 photos for double the price. I will always recommend him! Thanks for everything, Robert and I look forward to working with you again!Feb 28, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The price you see is the price you pay. The figure is always all-inclusive with no surprise hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After the initial consultation process, we move to an easy electronic contract which spells out the details for the job, including a deadline for receiving the final photos. I usually contact the client a month before the event to firm up timelines and shotlists and then speak again by phone within two weeks of the event to make sure we are on the same page about everything. After the event, all of the photos are available in a really nice gallery for sharing with family and friends. They can download high resolution images directly for there. I can send preview pictures while working on processing the entire batch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I worked under a number of photographers while learning the craft, having second shot close to 15 weddings. I still second shoot weddings on occasion, doing so twice last year, when scheduling permits as part of the continuing education process.
