- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free Estimates are given. Percentages are given off for the occurance of the cleaning. If an existing client gives my company name to another person the first time is 25.00 dollars off the existing clients service, The second time is 50.00 dollars off and any other after is a free cleaning. EXTRA CHARGES 1. Laundry 2. Cleaning of frig inside, oven cleaning 3.Interior windows I also do charge extra for a house that has pets but along with that charge depending what type of animal is it i will give fresh water, fresh food, and let outside if need be and will give plenty of love and attention and even take time out to play with them. :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself and my partner and my company, talk about what we do in the company, services we provide, welcome letter given and business cards given, I generally like to do a face to face interview first so that way i can meet them before actual doing the work so that way they can get a feel of who is coming into there home and just see if my company is a good match for them. And i also come out and give a free estimate on job i will be doing so i can see it before hand so i am sure to bring the correct materials, products.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always researching new products, new mops, brooms, I use top of the line products for my customers. I went to college for criminal law orignally but didn't enjoy that as much as cleaning. I got my training growing up from my mother who was big time clean freak. And i worked for a dayacre so more training there and then worked for two cleaning companies for years and developed more training more ideas, different products used and different equipment used.
