Eric an his family hosted our wedding reception in December 2013 an we could not ask for a Better caterer. The communication between our family an theirs was awsome. Getting loser to our wedding date a bride tends to get nervous about details but Eric an his wonderful family ,not only calmed my nerves but assured me they had all my worries taken care of their service ,food an hospitality was flawless and impeccable.they were so amazing in serving us that my my parents that are renewing their vows jan 11 2014 (54yrs) is also using Eric an his lovely family.. We feel so connected to them like we've known each other all our lives ..we couldn't ask for nor would we have gotten any better Freinds an caterer then this .. Thank u an god bless

Long story short found thumbtack online when searching for a drop off caterer for Thanksgiving less than 2 weeks prior to event. Eric called almost within minutes of my post. I took a day to talk things over with the family then called Eric back to hire Holy Smokers BBQ and Catering for my event. Price VERY reasonable; delivered on time; hot and ready to eat buffet style Salad was accompanied by their HOME MADE dressing;.Turkey was moist and tasty(even carved already);Pork loin best I have ever tasted ;.cornbread stuffing, greens and mac n cheese cooked perfect. The home made apple pie was out of this world; The sock it to me cake was even great for breakfast the next morning! I feel blessed to have found Holy Smokers BBQ. No dishes no cooking ! Best Thanksgiving in a long time. I will be calling them to book another family meal real soon. Wish I could give them 10 stars

Fortunately, Eric and his wife came over to our house last night! They are two fantastically nice people and prepared and served us and our guests a wonderful dinner. We could not have been more pleased. My wife and I can honestly say that we had an absolutely great meal, met a superb chef and his adorable wife, and would highly recommend Holy Smokers to cater your venue in the future. I know they will return to ours! Thanks Holy Smokers!!

I can't say enough about Eric and his son who did the catering service for our daughters birthday. He worked with us on the menu and honestly was personable and easy to work with. The food was beyond good with most of our guests asking for to go containers. Everything was delicious as promised. Would definetly use him in the future.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat everyone like a king/queen. We try to do everything possible to satisfy our client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always trying to learn something new. A new recipe, technique or anything that will add to the clients experience. I am Serve Safe kitchen manager certified and licensed.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We owned and operated a restaurant in Pennsylvania but unfortunately we had to close the business. We still had a passion for food service so we started catering. We've never looked back!
