- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat everyone like a king/queen. We try to do everything possible to satisfy our client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always trying to learn something new. A new recipe, technique or anything that will add to the clients experience. I am Serve Safe kitchen manager certified and licensed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We owned and operated a restaurant in Pennsylvania but unfortunately we had to close the business. We still had a passion for food service so we started catering. We've never looked back!
