We also offer delicious fudge brownies, cake pops, truffles, french macarons, dessert bars and a variety of sweet goodness throughout our store. We also offer french and italian baked goods by special order including but not limited to eclairs, puffs, italian rum, neapolitan, cannoli, etc. Creating the perfect confection and watching our customers enjoy the extraordinary.

Being a self-proclaimed "foodie," I will boldly - and confidently - say that the cupcakes made by Amanda at Half Baked Patisserie are outstanding! You can tell that she takes time to pair the cake, filling, icing and any topping so that the taste is deliciously flavorful without being overpowering. My personal favorites are the Wedding Cake and the Chocolate Pomegranate ... although I'd never want to leave out Cotton Candy, Coconut Cream or Candy Cane. Lol. Get your rewards card and go on 2-punch Tuesdays so that you can try them all in no time! ;). Btw ... their pecan bars - oh my goodness!?!!

Baking has been a passion since the young age of 4 years old. I love the creativity that comes with baking, design and decorating.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Aside from wedding cakes and cupcakes, Themed cakes are very popular. We offer custom cakes by customer request.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently, a customer wanted to create a wedding anniversary cake for her husband because they were not able to have one for their wedding. At time of order, she was asked what she would of liked for her wedding. Her budget was small, but without hesitation we created a wedding cake of her dreams at no extra charge. The customer was elated with happiness. A very proud moment for our staff.
