Mike and his partner were on time. they removed a lawn tractor, 2 lawn mowers and other items that had piled up. Inside the house, 2 bicycles, a TV cabinet, portable generator, and wooden bookcase. Very neat and professional. The price was very reasonable.

He is very attentive to responding to questions we have had about the upcoming renovation. Will rate again after project is done but so far really impressed with his knowledge and advice. Mike did a fabulous job. Had some issues with cabinets that we bought but he worked it all out. Our house looks great now. We had to live in house while the construction went on and he always left the house as clean and clutter free as he could each day. He worked with my dog there and all was fine. We had issue with our upstairs bathroom so we hired him again to remodel the upstairs bathroom. That is happening right now but as before he is there every day and leaves the work area clean and tidy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated about it. Pricing is based on the type of job and what it consists of. We do offer hourly rates for handyman repairs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Lately we have been doing a lot of remodel jobs. From complete home rehabs for clients to "flip" to kitchen and bath make overs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advise is to always interview 2-3 contractors before hiring one. Never shop price only. Compare apples to apples and read the fine print! Just like anything else, you will get what you pay for in service, quality of work, or both!!
