We are trained in all aspects of food and beverage hygiene, safety and customer management. We're "RAMP" certified ("responsible alcohol managment program") by the PA Liquor Control Board. In addition, we are licensed under Delaware's Alcohol Tobacco Enforcement state server training program (#79966 exp. 12/10/2023) as required by the Commissioner. We want to ensure neither you nor we are exposed to unnecessary liability resulting from overindulging or underage guests. 5) We reliable. We know having staff show up late or not at all can happen with some people in this business. We know what it takes to plan and execute a successful event and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with our service. We only hire people who have the appropriate training, experience and attitude--no "kids" who happen to need some quick money. We love working with clients to make sure their event goes well and their guests are delighted with our service.
