- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a budget friendly company. We use High quality products on all of our projects. We offer military, senior and a variety of other discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we start with a free estimate. We start by walking through your project with you taking pictures and measurements to ensure nothing is missed. Once we have agreed on a price our next step is to have you sign the authorization to begin the work and finalize any details such as colors etc. During your project you are assigned a project manager who will work with you throughout the project. They will check in with you and the crew daily to make sure everything is on schedule. Once the project is completed, we do a final walk through with you to make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction. Our work is covered by a 2 year warranty so we will check in with you periodically to say hi! Our main goal is to ensure our customers are happy and we make sure to go the extra mile for you!

We have attended extensive workshops and trainings regarding prepping and painting all surfaces
