- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no complicated pricing system. I have set prices across the board and will provide them upon hiring.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year we re required to take continuing education classes before we can prepare tax returns. We are also required to do tax preparation simulations (scenarios).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided that I wanted to earn some extra money so I took a tax class. And it stuck with me.
