Our three-step residential cleaning process starts at the top. The following steps are as follows:
* Step one - High dusting. The rims of the ceiling, ceiling fans, light fixtures, windows and ledges. Then, we move on to shelves, tables, desks, chairs, lamps, pictures and baseboards.
* Step two - The kitchen. We'll clean the top of the refrigerator and the exterior of all appliances, as well as cabinets, tables and chairs. We clean, scrub and sanitize sinks, countertops and backsplashes. Clean range tops and inside and outside of microwave. The bathroom - clean, sanitize and deodorize toilets. Scrub and sanitize showers and bath tubs. Clean and sanitizes vanities and backsplashes. Mirrors are cleaned and polished.
* Step three - Vacuum carpeted areas, dust all hardware floors and mop all hard surface floors.
We offer commercial cleaning services. Our commercial cleaning includes all the services you've come to expect to help maintain a pleasant work environment. The services are as follows:
* Trash collection
* Dusting
* Vacuuming
* Rest room cleaning and sanitation
* Sweeping and mopping floors
Our service also includes shampooing carpets, stripping and waxing floors and buffing and polishing hardwood floors.
Of course, we'll customize our process to meet your specific needs. We furnish all supplies.

Last Winter, the water pipe in my kitchen broke, causing severe damage to the carpets in my first floor family room and basement office. I contracted with Mr. Owen's firm,Team Excellence Cleaning Service, to clean the carpets.
I was not only impressed with the company's reasonable cost estimate, but was greatly satisfied with the professionalism and thoroughness with which the project was executed. Wilbert steam cleaned my carpets and area rugs while I was at work at my home. I was impressed with the quality of work done because I was a little skeptical about steam cleaning my area rugs over my hardwood floors because I was concerned about the water from the steam getting on the floors and damaging them, but to my surprise, when I got home the carpet was virtually dry and very clean. I was pleased with his service, his professionalism and his expertise. I highly recommend his company for all of your cleaning needs.
