- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not only include food. I aim to be instrumental and vocal in the event planning process. I also help with other vendor coordination, if needed. I doubt you will find another person who goes as far as I will to make your special occasion a success.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I encourage a consultation, where we can break bread and get to know each other. This births an even amount of comfort through the planning process all the way through the day of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years( Culinary School) & 10 years in restaurants- with 5 of them being a Sous Chef.
