We worked with STER Catering for our September 1, 2019 wedding and was amazed by the service! Chaad was very prompt with not only his responses but the day of as well. He provided us with excellent bartending services for 5 hours! From the signature drinks that he suggested to him going out of his way to pick up the soft drinks, we were just wowed by his service. STER Catering is fantastic. We had a chance to work with Chad as our Bar Tender. Our wedding’s guests give positive compliments as well. He always show up on time and very responsive. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is not only include food. I aim to be instrumental and vocal in the event planning process. I also help with other vendor coordination, if needed. I doubt you will find another person who goes as far as I will to make your special occasion a success.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I encourage a consultation, where we can break bread and get to know each other. This births an even amount of comfort through the planning process all the way through the day of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?2 years( Culinary School) & 10 years in restaurants- with 5 of them being a Sous Chef.
