We are VERY, VERY pleased with the work these guys did. We are a general contractor that made a slight boo-boo while re-roofing a customer's house. We had to install new decking on the house, and while the guys were up there, they stuck their feet through the ceiling in two different places.
I put a request in through Thumbtack, and KB called me within 5 minutes. They were at the jobsite within 50 minutes, worked with me and my customer, and began work immediately.
Because it was drywall, they had to come back after letting the stuff dry. They worked with my customer (A Seventh Day Adventist who had very particular needs with respect as to when they could do the remaining work) and took over from there.
At the end of it all, my customer was super happy with the work. My project manager inspected the work and his comment to me was, "it's as good as anything I've ever seen," which says a lot, considering this is what we do - subcontract out all sorts of work.
Bravo!!
I would recommend KB to anybody!

Arrived the same day of request and pleased with the work. Friendly and checked to make sure my microwave was once again working. Did everything I asked him to do. Thanks for your help.
