- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since most jobs require different materials, time frames, and physical demands I have no set pricing for standard projects. Once I see the project and can fully assess the cost and other factors such as expectations and customer preferences I can give a full price within 72 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to travel to the potential job site, and have the customer give me a detailed explanation of the desired work. A 3 hour call back is guaranteed with any job I am currently quoting.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Commercial, residential, schools, churches.
