Kevin and Eric are co-owners of Integrity Plumbing and they both showed up on time for the project (they were actually a few minutes early). They came in, surveyed, and tackled the issue right away. While they were fixing the toilet, they also offered to replace two key tank parts that were looking worn (the toilet is 18 years old and has never had a "check-up"). They had the parts with them and we agreed to have them swap them out. We appreciated the suggestion and didn't feel like they were just trying to sell us something. They were finished in about 30 minutes and went on their way. About 30 minutes later, I had to use this same toilet and noticed that with the new part, the toilet only flushed half-way. I checked a couple more times and the result was the same. I called Kevin back and he and Eric were back out to the house within another 30 minutes. This was excellent customer service, in my opinion. They found that the part was faulty, and went out to buy a new one. They spent quite a bit of time making sure that their work was not only complete but correct. That said a lot for their integrity. We will always try to give a small business an opportunity, and they proved themselves to us. We will definitely hire this team again.

I was glad to meet Kevin; he answered my inquiry within minutes. He arrived on time. He listened to my needs and showed me exactly what he planned to do. He quickly installed a water line for my frig. The longest part was waiting for the glue to dry. He showed me the new line and the water shut off valve. I was very pleased and $$ was much less that I expected. I will use his service again and recommend him.
