In December 2010, I had a bathroom pipe leak which caused a lot of water damage. I called Steve for an estimate to submit to my homeowners insurance company. He emailed me the quote that night and I emailed it to my adjuster. Within 3 days, I had the check in my hand and he started the job the next day. My adjuster said that his quote was very reasonable and they paid it at 100%. Steve is an exceptional craftsman and a bit of a perfectionist, his attention to detail is amazing. If he sees the slightest flaw, it is fixed immediately. For my project, I needed new carpeting in my living room, master bedroom and hallway as well as a totally "new and improved" remodeled bathroom. He had to replace and paint the walls, paint the ceiling, sub-flooring, vinyl flooring, new vanity, molding, lighting and all the fixtures such as towel racks, shower curtain hardware, etc. Then in October 2011, a water pipe burst under my house...under that very same bathroom. Of course I called Steve and he came out, gave me an estimate, submitted it to the insurance company and they started right away. I was lucky enough to be able to get the same flooring again, because I really loved it. I had a tub and surround in there before, but this time, I decided to do away with the tub and put in a new shower stall. Steve did an amazing job once again and I could not be happier. I could never tell him enough how much I love my "new house" and appreciate the time and effort he put into it. He is skilled in his craft, he is an honest, hard working family man, and a true professional in his field. My master bathroom is next when my budget allows and I'll be calling Steve to do the job.
