George was very efficient. He understood the issue when my husband described what was happening with our dryer and explained what needed to be done to fix the issue. Very reasonable and cleaned up when the job was finished. Will absolutely use him for any future appliance issues. Thank you George!

I chose G and T Appliance Service when my refrigerator started having cooling problems. Our technician, George, was quick to respond and confirm the next day appointment. George called before the appointment to let me know he was on his way, and arrived when expected. George was very personable and went right to work. He determined the problem, explained what had to be done and promised to contact me when ordered parts arrived. In the meantime, he was able to make a temporary repair, allowing the refrigerator to work until receiving the new parts. Much appreciated! Upon receiving the new parts in a couple days, George set up a convenient time with me so he could complete the job. Again, he arrived when expected and went right to work. He cleaned up and showed me that everything was in working order before leaving. The cost was competitive and fair. I cannot say enough about George's professionalism and wonderful attitude. As a result, I will not hesitate to use G and T Appliance Service through Thumbtact again. Thank you, George!
