I hired Thomas to do a floor to ceiling custom built in with a window seat. I had provided incorrect measurements originally but he did an onsite visit prior to beginning his work and was able to adjust all measurements accordingly and make a gorgeous built in piece of furniture. We realized that he was more adept to handle many of our projects that we had hired other contractors do so we hired him to do additional work and to redo some work that had already been done. He stuck to the schedule that we set forth, was great at communicating, was extremely helpful at assessing situations and providing recommendations. We are very grateful and appreciative for the work that he did on the built in, our cabinet installation our vinyl floor installation, and many other small things around the house! Thanks to Thomas many aspects of our home will be wonderful. If you would like a verbal testimony please feel free to ask Thomas for my number. Once everything is done I hope to come back and add some more photos.

Dan did multiple things in my house. He removed a large amount of junk from my basement and outside yard, he fixed some electrical issues I was having, he hung a cabinet, he fixed two bi-fold doors, fixed a running toilet and fixed a minor leak. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking for junk removal or home maintenance activities.

My 6 year old fell backwards while reclining in our antique host dining chair. To our dismay, the chair broke in 4 pieces including a diagonal break across one leg. Michael schedule a prompt evaluation on a Saturday at our home which could not have been more convenient. Our conversations led me to think that he had a lot of experience working with wood and that he really enjoyed working on antiques, but could repair any wood furniture pieces. We schedule a full repair the following Saturday and I could not believe my eyes when he was through. Michael not only fixed the chair, but he reinforced the breaks with nails and pins so that it never happens again and left the chair so beautifully touched up so that it still looks like the antique that it is. i wish i could post before and after photos because one would ever know the chair was so damaged. Mike was not only prompt and highly skilled, but clean (I did not have to clean up after him), courteous and a great value for the work. While at my home, he even agreed to fix a cabinet for me that had lost its knob and also left me with a permanent fix. I could not recommend him more highly and plan to call upon him again if we need his help in the future.

Brandon did a fantastic job painting our kitchen cabinets, a fiddly job - he was attentive to every detail with care. His communications were always prompt and professional, and he got us into the schedule earlier than we had expected. Cleanup was impeccable and he billed us precisely what he had estimated from a few pictures - I would call him again for any work around the house. Super good experience.

Blue Collar Building Contractor is a quality company to do business with. Eric is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. The attention to detail results in perfection. He and his workers are very professional and friendly. After working in my home renovating my kitchen from top to bottom I.e demo, tile floor, installing new cabinets, moving sink location which involved plumbing modifications, trim work carpentry etc. and finally installing the tile backslash once the granite was installed, Eric and his workers felt like family. I would recommend Eric's company and will not hesitate to call him for future projects.

Tom was great!!!! Tom built some bathroom cabinets for me and my wife and they turned out great. We spoke a few times on the phone and he stopped by to look at the space and knoncked the cabinets out in a few week. All i can say is they are awsome. Tom's professionalism and craftmanship were exceptional. My wife could not be happier with the work Tom did. Tom is definitely on the top of my list for my next home project.

Mr. Marshall does commercial and residential jobs. I have utilized Mr. Marshall’s services for many projects including plumbing, carpentry, and heat pump problems. In my kitchen he has installed a dishwasher, stove, new sink and faucet, a water filter system, a vinyl floor and also painted and caulked the walls. He also replaced two water damaged doors with new handmade cabinet doors that matched the existing doors perfectly. In my bathroom he installed a new vanity, faucet, toilet, medicine cabinet, custom shelving, a shower rod, and done repairs to the tub and shower faucet. Other jobs he has done for me include installing a central vac which I love, replaced and relocated my water heater to a more suitable location in my home, completed a beautiful tile job in my entry way and deck repair. Mr. Marshall is skilled with his work and is a problem solver. He has been able to complete difficult jobs that other contractors weren’t willing or able to complete for me and also for friends who I referred him to. He is skilled at dealing with inspectors, permitting and is able to cut through the red tape involved in dealing with county organizations. As a single woman I trust him to do the work I need fairly and correctly and I have referred him to several friends who have also become repeat customers. He has done basement waterproofing, well/septic repairs, and ran gas lines for friends of mine. I highly recommend his services

We hired George Platt for two large furniture jobs, both of which were handled beautifully and on time (and within our predetermined budget as well). The first job was an incredible all-white high gloss bathroom vanity and built in cabinets for our new master bath. George was able to complete it very quickly (as well as change it slightly on the fly when we altered the designs slightly) which allowed our contractor to perfectly install the vanity in short order. There were no issues whatsoever and we couldn't have been more happy with his work. It's the first thing you see when you walk into the bathroom and we are very glad we had George make it for us. His second job was a truly "wow" dining room table and living room bar for us - both for entertaining purposes. The dining room table is made out of African bubinga with gorgeous inlays and live edges on both sides. Each time we have friends and family over they ooh and ahh over it and can't believe we were able to have it built custom for us. The same goes for a 6ft long, 4ft high African Zebra Wood bar with three shelves in each of the three individual cabinets. George doesn't use veneer (which can actually be tough to get into an apt given the weight) and again, the quality of the work and craftsmanship shows on each of his pieces. George's work is reasonably priced for the best quality work we've experienced in terms of handcrafted furniture. As his work is so great, we can't wait to hire him for future projects.

Jeff installed my new kitchen cabinets and I love it ! Jeff does excellent work and is an expert in the business. The thing that I liked most about Jeff was that he was knowledgeable about my particular cabinets, and he let me know beforehand about any adjustments that needed to be made. This helped to keep an even pace and flow to the job. The job was completed in a timely fashion, and I couldn't be happier !

I had a deadline due to a last minute move for my job. I had to renovate the entire kitchen to make the house rentable while still creating the kitchen of my dreams for the day that I get to come back and live in it. Jim called me the day I put the notice on Thumbtack, and he came by the next day for measurements. I had a design and a quote the day after that. After the boxes were finished (~three weeks), he installed those early by special request so that I could have my countertop guy come in to take a template for concrete countertops. He came back to finish the install. The kitchen is FAR more functional than I could ever have imagined based on his design and my inputs. The kitchen is BEAUTIFUL. Job took 6 weeks from first to last handshake. Highly recommended.

Jeff and his team did a fabulous job re-modeling my boys bathroom, The original job only involved a tub to shower conversion and re-tiling the floor. In the process, we ended up re-doing the whole bathroom including new granite vanities, cabinets, lights and changing all the hardware. Trivett Construction did a very nice job and my kids are very pleased with their new bathroom. Jeff and his team conducted themselves in a very professional manner and showed up on time for the most part, except when they needed to pick-up supplies. The whole re-modeling job took approximately one week to complete. We will surely utilize their services again for other projects around the house.

Unbelievably nice.. Man it was refreshing to have someone care about my project like it was there's. ya don't see this much anymore in this business. Seems like people just want to get in and out and get paid. Michael was not like this at all ,and was more then helpful in all my requests.

I had the privilege of having KAG Urban Mill help my family and I with what would normally be a tedious home rehab project, to a home makeover project that felt as though we were involved (yet never in the way!) from inception, design and with every decision along the way. On time, and eager to not only finish the job, but excited about the process; KAG Urban Mill made what could be a tedious Custom woodwork job (cabinet rebuild with custom crown and base molding in my kitchen and dining areas) to a creative and eco-friendly choice from top to bottom!
