I am based out of Wilmington, Delaware. I have been fixing computers for 8 years, and designing for 6. I really enjoy what I do, and have many returning customers do to my quick service, I don't cheat prices, and I know what I'm doing.

Look, we all know what its like to be scammed, to have your money stolen, or be paying to much for something. All you need is a virus removed, yet your beings charged hundreds of dollars.

I'm a web designer and PC Tech, born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware. I enjoy designing, fixing computers, etc. I mainly do restores, clean-ups and security-related services. I'm not too much into hardware, but can replace and install parts, if needed.

    I tried a lot of different tech from Staples to geek squads.this guy Ryan puts all them to shame.he really impressed me and he's fast.if you try this guy you'll never use anyone else again

    Tony has been a long time client, hes not the most computer savy guy, but I get to learn from him. He breaks the computer to fullest extent, then I get to figure out how to make it work again, save his files, login his stuff, its great.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Virus removal, operating system restores, file backups, restore information, printer set-up, clean ups, much more.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Don't get scammed, there is to many people out there trying to just make a buck from you. Of course I am trying to make money in my business, but at the correct cost for the services.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I would wish I had known the power of the internet and how easy daily computer maintenance can prevent long term problems.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Reviews, know your computer when you purchase it, don't get sucked into anything you don't need.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I don't accept money when a problem can not be fixed, I guarantee my work for 30 days, or I will come back and repair for free.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The satisfaction a person gets when I complete a job seeing that they have paid less then ever, and the problem is actually fixed.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Where did the virus come from? A number of things, clicking adds, opening bad emails, downloading active x that is bad, downloading music and getting a bad file. Many, many reasons, if its a males computer... I just say porn... as a joke.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Showing final websites to a boss, and them falling in love with it, because its more then what they expected is a great feeling.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I wish my customers knew that they are the ones bringing me the problem, and showing me the problem and asking me to fix it, but yet they tell me how its supposed to work. Well, news flash... If you knew how it was supposed to work, we wouldn't be in this situation.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. A presentation at my school in digital media, made me fall in love with design. The fact that I use computers to design means computer problems along the way must learn to fix them, but got good at it.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Meeting Deadlines that were off the wall

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Much Internet Research, and starting some schooling in August

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Windows 8, Tablets, Surface Tablets, Touch Interfaces, Clouds, Storage, and as far as next few years, smaller, faster, better.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. Nope, typically prices range from $50 to $120.... it depends on how many computers, the issue, etc.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Stay up to date, back up, back up, BACK UP YOUR STUFF AS WELL AS CLIENTS BEFORE DOING ANNNYYTHINGGG
