How does your service stand out?

I don't accept money when a problem can not be fixed, I guarantee my work for 30 days, or I will come back and repair for free. I also don't charge what most IT's charge because many people just don't have that kind of money, and need good work for a cheaper price, and I have the freedom to do that.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

The satisfaction a person gets when I complete a job seeing that they have paid less then ever, and the problem is actually fixed. I also enjoy the repeat business from my clients due to their first experience with 302 Repairs, as well as their friends or family also contacting me for repairs after seeing the satisfaction of the original customer.

    I recently used 302PC Repairs to fix 2 computers I thought were completely un-usable. 302PC Repairs, quickly responded with a very reasonable price, and was able to repair both systems for me and I'm now able to use them.     Hard drive took a shit and needed to be replaced. Ryan did it spot on and reinstalled Windows. The dudes a champ at fixing computers. This was a laptop mind you and he's not listed as a professional but he got the job done and then some. Would recommend to people needing repaires on their computers for sure. Definitely hire this guy super affordable, saved my ass a ton of money! Thanks Ryan!

    I made an appt with Ryan from 302PC to meet me at my home to fix my Asus laptop. He showed up on time and checked out the laptop. Ryan spent about 4 hrs removing over 400 virus ' s and correcting what the Geek Squad messed up. We'll done.

He patiently waited around 4 hours for me to remove all viruses, malware, etc, clean up old files, and secure everything to help prevent future incidents.     Tony has been a long time client, hes not the most computer savy guy, but I get to learn from him. He breaks the computer to fullest extent, then I get to figure out how to make it work again, save his files, login his stuff, its great.

Q. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

A. Much Internet Research, and starting some schooling in August

Q. Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.

A. Nope, typically prices range from $50 to $120.... it depends on how many computers, the issue, etc.

Q. How did you get started doing this type of work?

A. A presentation at my school in digital media, made me fall in love with design. The fact that I use computers to design means computer problems along the way must learn to fix them, but got good at it.

Q. What types of customers have you worked with?

A. Virus removal, operating system restores, file backups, restore information, printer set-up, clean ups, much more.

Q. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A. Meeting Deadlines that were off the wall

Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A. Don't get scammed, there is to many people out there trying to just make a buck from you. Of course I am trying to make money in my business, but at the correct cost for the services. I don't charge for diagnostics, and don't charge if I can't fix your problem. I'm a very fair PC Tech.

Q. What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A. I wish my customers knew that they are the ones bringing me the problem, and showing me the problem and asking me to fix it, but yet they tell me how its supposed to work. Well, news flash... If you knew how it was supposed to work, we wouldn't be in this situation.
