- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm running discounts on my personal services, that includes: wedding planning, coordination and day of coordination. I offer a lot of services and therefore my prices are in the mid to upper range.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I extend an invitation to a free phone consult that usual lasts 30 minutes. The call is a chance to give me your vision for your event. In turn I take everything we talked about and send you a free quote for your event. After you decide to work with me and my company we discuss specific details of your event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have planned and decorated weddings and various events like baby showers, engagement parties, funerals and set design for theatres. This was a hobby at first and then family and friends wanted their weddings planned and decorated. It was then when a family member suggested we make a company out of my hobby of 20years!
