They took our very damaged 45+ yr old floor and made it better than new. I will have them back for other floors in our house.

The floors turned out beautiful. The workers were all professional and considerate. Couldn't be happier with how our floors look and how professional this company is run.

    Q & A

    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a standard as most projects differ. We prefer to do a site inspection and give a solid estimate with no surprises after the project starts.
    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by qualifying leads by telephone. We don't work with just anybody. Our clients typically have already done some market research and have an idea of their expectations. We then schedule an onsite inspection to further meet and discuss expectations, pricing and scheduling. I will then provide a complete proposal outlining everything we will do, products we will use, etc..
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many certifications from the National Wood Flooring Association, Bona and others.
Coverage Area for Delaware Valley Hardwoods is about 15+ miles of Wilmington, DE.
