My wife and i hired DS Remodeling to install an interior door into a door frame that was slightly wider than standard. They provided a reasonable quote onsite, were punctual on the day of the work, and completed the work in a timely fashion.
In addition to the door installation, the work included narrowing the doorframe to a standard width, removing and replacing the molding and matching both the room and molding paint colors.
We're happy with the results and will definitely consider DS Remodeling for future projects.

Lenny initially provided a quote of $791 to replace a water-damaged basement door at my rental property. However, after completing the job, he left a significant gap between the door jam and the door, allowing rodents to enter the house. Despite my payment, Lenny claimed the tenant agreed to address the gap. When I questioned him about returning to complete the job if the tenant didn't fix it, he agreed. Months later, the tenant is facing rodent issues due to the door gap, and Lenny, citing the tenant's "attitude," refuses to return or provide details. This review serves as a cautionary note for homeowners/landlords to thoroughly inspect contractors' work to avoid financial losses on both initial and potential future repairs from work not being done properly.
